The prawns are freshly collected from the Sydney Fish Markets, or sourced directly from fisherman’s co-ops and farms. We have specially selected our condiments from small batch productions. The cheeky baker Peter at Elanora Bakery is responsible for our light dinner rolls. They are the perfect accompaniment – heavily flavored and seeded breads can take the focus away from our hero (prawns!). Our lemons and avocados are fresh from Produce to Perfection. The zesty cocktail sauce is made locally by Michael’s Fine Foods; they produce our sauce in small batches several times per week to ensure freshness. The finger-licking combination of fresh produce and flavourful prawns is unbeatable.
